Landlord & tenant, contracts and debt recovery — handled properly.
Oakbridge Legal Services is an independent, non-regulated legal services provider. We prepare the agreements, notices and correspondence that landlords, tenants and businesses rely on — with clear scope, upfront fees and plain-English support from start to finish.

How we work
Fixed-scope documents and correspondence, quoted before any work begins.
Three areas where we do the heavy lifting
Most of the matters we handle fall into landlord and tenant work, contract and agreement preparation, and debt recovery. We have built our processes around these three areas so the work is faster, cleaner and easier to follow.

Everything we can help with
Our principal work covers landlord and tenant matters, contract and agreement preparation, and debt recovery — supported by a wider range of non-reserved legal services for individuals, landlords, property owners and businesses.
Not sure whether your matter is within our scope? Tell us about it and we'll confirm at the outset — and if it needs a regulated professional, we'll point you in the right direction with no obligation.
We are an independent legal services provider specialising in landlord and tenant matters, contract and agreement preparation, and debt recovery — supporting landlords, tenants, property owners and businesses across England & Wales with clear, fee-transparent service.

"Every document prepared with precision. Every matter handled with discretion."
A clear path from enquiry to completion
Every matter follows a consistent, transparent process — with a scope check at the outset to confirm the work is within our non-regulated service, and clear fees agreed before anything begins.
Enquiry
Tell us about your matter via our enquiry form or by phone. We aim to respond within one working day — there's no obligation at this stage.
Initial Assessment
We review what you've told us and discuss your needs in confidence, so we understand exactly what you're trying to achieve.
Scope Check
We confirm whether the work is a non-reserved service we can provide. If it involves a reserved activity, we'll flag it clearly and arrange a referral.
Quote / Fee Agreement
We give you clear, upfront fee guidance so you know the cost before any work begins — with no hidden extras.
Terms of Business
We issue our Terms of Business and a written scope of service for your matter, so everything is agreed in writing.
Client Authority
You confirm your instructions and give us authority to proceed — only then does any work begin.
Service Delivery
We prepare your documents and correspondence carefully, keeping you informed at each stage.
Completion
We deliver your completed work and remain on hand for any follow-up questions or assistance you may need.
Scope Check: if your matter involves a reserved legal activity — such as conducting litigation or reserved probate work — we will flag it as "Regulated/Reserved Activity — Referral Required" and, where appropriate, recommend an authorised solicitor or other suitably regulated professional. There is no charge for a referral signpost, and you are free to take your instructions elsewhere.
What we do not undertake
We provide non-reserved legal services and practical legal assistance. We do not undertake reserved legal activities unless the work is carried out through an appropriately authorised legal professional.
Being clear about this means you always know exactly where you stand. If your matter moves outside the scope we can support, we will explain this to you in plain English and, where appropriate, recommend that you obtain assistance from an authorised solicitor or other suitably regulated professional.
If your matter needs a regulated professional: we'll tell you at the outset, signpost an appropriate route, and hand over any work already prepared so you're not starting again. There's no charge for the referral signpost.
Reserved legal activities include:
- Exercising rights of audience
- Conducting litigation
- Reserved instrument activities
- Reserved probate activities
- Notarial activities
- Administration of oaths
